House Warming Quotes
Some Housewarming I had.
I didn’t buy the house, i just moved in to a new rental one. I am not quite sure the real estate prices are cheapest yet.
Maybe I will wait out foor a few more months before i buy a new house, and I will have a really big house warmimg.
On that note, on one side there might be lots of houses going for sale, and it would be a good opportunity for first time buyers if you do have a good steady job. And that means people will not be buying it for speculation or investment but for living in it, and which should be the case anyway.
So expect many housewarming parties to come.
And it would be nice if you can write some nice Housewarming Quotes in case you plan on giving a Greeting card or some gift where you can engrave the Housewarming Quote.

“The fellow that owns his own home is always just coming out of a hardware store.”

“Hospitality is making your guests feel at home, even if you wish they were.”

“A perfect summer day is when the sun is shining, the breeze is blowing, the birds are singing, and the lawn mower is broken.” ~ James Dent
“A man builds a fine house; and now he has a master, and a task for life: he is to furnish, watch, show it, and keep it in repair, the rest of his days. ”
~Ralph Waldo Emerson

Sounds like what I was thinking when I was trying to get a “Weed Eater” brand mower to start. (With a 6.5 HP B&S)
Thanks for posting.
