Celebrities have friends too, even Paris Hilton does.

We all have our own set of friends, and best friends amongst them, and more often than not we fight, argue, then make up. And on each occasion, be it making up, his/her birthday or be it any special occasion, it is always nice to send a small message, on an SMS or eCard or a greeting cards.

And it is always good that we hand write such lovely words.
I have compiled a list of friendship quotes that we can send our friends, all those who had stood by in thick and thin, all those special persons that we chose ourselves.

lemme start with this famous Czech proverb, ”
Do not protect yourself by a fence, but rather by your friends.” Friend can indeed be the best fence.

“When it hurts to look back, and you’re scared to look ahead, you can look beside you and your best friend will be there” How so true?

I find this one really cute, ” A real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out.” And we all have had one such friends in our lifetime. Have you forgotten him? These cute love quotes might remind you.

“No road is long with good company. ” If you have a good friend, no road will be long. This is one good friendship quote. I will remember those late night long drives with my friends in college.

“Hold a true friend with both your hands. ” and Never let go I would add. A true friend is hard to come by so don’t be loose in holding it.

“A friend may well be reckoned the masterpiece of nature.” And yes, I have also often wondered at this invention called friendship. It was a masterstroke of god indeed.

“A good friend remembers what we were and sees what we can be.” If you are in doubt in yourself, always seek out your friends. He or she is often the one will be tell you the truth, even if they are unpleasant.

“Don’t walk in front of me, I may not follow ~ Don’t walk behind me, I may not lead ~ Just walk beside me and be my friend.” I found this saying on a greeting card long time back, and keep getting the same in ecards and signatures and scrapbooks. And I never stop feeling good each time I read this.

“Your friend is the man who knows all about you, and still likes you.” Do you remember that part from Erich Segal’s doctors when the two doctors met at a restaurant. The guy had come to pick the girl up from the airport and went straight to some fancy restaurant, all washed out and confided to each other about their love. It was so lovely!!

“A true friend is someone who knows there’s something wrong even when you have the biggest smile on your face.” Never try to hide your sorrows from your friends, they will find out anyway even if you tried hard.

“Nothing but heaven itself is better than a friend who is really a friend. ” and Lucky is the person who finds a friend who is really a friend.

Friend usually share many good things, and as the saying goes ” Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another, “What! You, too? Thought I was the only one.”"
