However it&#039;s not really heartfelt, they just think that&#039;s what you should do in conflict, tell people &quot;Yes I really see it&quot; or &quot;I hear you&quot; or &quot;I feel you.&quot; You have to actually have your heart behind that in a genuine way if you&#039;re at all to be successful in what I&#039;m talking about. So when I say &quot;agree with all those who oppose you and then show them another way&quot; I&#039;m actually saying that in every single conflict there will be a part of you that does in fact agree with them completely. As if, not only do you see it from their perspective it is your perspective from that part. So what I&#039;m in fact asking you to do is to connect to the part of you that actually is totally in resonance with that person.</description>
